How do I get a home in Forest City?

Homes in Forest City are not yet on sale, and the first residents are still some years away. The way to be first in line is to sign up for email updates, where we'll announce how homes are allocated before anywhere else.

Around 400,000 homes are planned—roughly 70% sold through the Community Land Trust and around 30% available to rent. Prices stay affordable permanently: when an owner sells, the Trust buys the home back at a fair price, so the next family gets the same deal you did.
