Is this the same Forest City as the one in Malaysia?

No. That Forest City is a $100 billion development in Johor, Malaysia, built by Country Garden and best known for being largely empty. Ours is between Haverhill and Newmarket, and our plan starts from the opposite premise: demand first. We're building next to the most supply-starved labour market in Britain precisely so that the homes are lived in, not invested in — and the Community Land Trust makes buying-to-leave-empty pointless anyway, since homes can't be flipped for profit.
